Drinking water security and effective sanitation facilities are the foundation of villages. Creating infrastructure for providing safe drinking water such as installation of hand pumps, renovation of dug wells, revival of traditional water harvesting structures are being one of the key intervention activities to achieve water security. In view of Swachh Bharat Mission, GoI, HCSSS has been created commendable impact in this area by creating innovative solution through involvement of the local stakeholders and constructed the sanitation facilities in the project villages.
